Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays or during holidays will start processing the next working day. Please confirm your shipping address is accurate at checkout; address changes must be requested within 12 hours of ordering.

Domestic Shipping (US Only)

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50; $8 flat fee for orders below. Delivery takes 3–5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional $15 fee, with 1–2 business day delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping services.

Shipping Rates & Tracking

Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination, and will be displayed at checkout before purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package via the carrier’s website.

Delivery Notes

Please note that delivery times exclude processing periods and may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances like weather, carrier disruptions, or holidays.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility (60-Day Window)
You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of delivery if:

  • Items arrive damaged, defective, or in the wrong size/color.
  • Items are unwashed, unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 60 days from delivery.
  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or have torn tags.
  • Final sale items marked "Non-Returnable."

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (include photos for quality issues).
  2. Get Instructions: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping details.
  3. Ship Items: Package items in their original packaging and send to:

  4. Refund/Exchange: We’ll process your request within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

Refund Terms

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours).
  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability; out-of-stock items will receive a refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged or incorrect items.

Important Notes

  • Do not return items to the address listed on our website; use the RMA-provided address instead.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or return shipping fees.
  • For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
